Cracked tile

We have an extension on the back of our house which has a tiled floor.
The tiles are about 30cm sq.
One of the tiles which is nearest to original part of the house has cracked where the builder obviously didn't get the concrete flat enough.
Has anyone got any ideas of a product that we can try and get the tile joined back together with.
It doesn't have to look perfect, and I have to admit its looked like this for some years now, but am dreading the day when the legs of a dining room chair finally wreck it once and for all and it cracks to smaller pieces.

What about the grout the tiles have been laid with?. Not ideal, but at least it should blend in and fill the gap.

If it's a solid colour you could get some silicone (the stuff you put around the edge of the bath) and colour it to match and work it into the crack.
