How much does it cost to paint rendering?

My house is ex local authority and the top half is rendered painted cream - we are on the end of three so there would be three sides to consider and a small lean to. Also - it is quite cracked (the paint not the rendering) so would need to be 'sanded' first (i have no clue Confused

I have no idea how much this will cost and would like some clue before i go about getting local firms in to give me a quote. we really look scruffy next to the neighbours...(who had theirs done before we moved in 8 yrs ago Blush)

TIA Smile

You either have no idea or you have fallen asleep at the sheer dullness of my post Grin

No idea on painting cost but you'd probably have to factor in scaffolding. I paid £600 to get the side of my house ready for painting.

Really difficult to say tbh. We paid just under 1K including materials for our largish 4 bed semi which is rendered from top to bottom including huge gable end. We had quotes for almost double that Shock so I would recommend you shop around.

Base it on a min of £150 per day per man plus materials and scaffolding. I'm sure I paid £2200 for my bungalow but it was 2 coats on fresh pebbledash. They masked all around and removed. Left it very tidy.
