Because obviously you can't have pets ££ and nice location Gah!
Nice big house with nice garden and pets allowed but is off a slightly dodgy road which will be scary at night time and at the other end involves a dark overgrown alleyway. Walk to school is along busy roads.
Or small flat which doesn't allow pets and is a short walk throught the nice park away from school.
It's the usual dilema isn't it. So sick of the searching.
