"not marketed"? Anyone knows what this means? We saw a house up for sale. Lovely village, big house, low price. There must be a catch.

It could just be an attempt to avoid getting a HIP on the property. The rules are that a HIP is not required until it is marketed.

I thought HIPs were abolished?

It's probably officially for sale but just not being advertised as such for some reason. Make an offer and see what happens.
