Neighbours extension and selling up.

Would love some other perspectives, please!

We live in a good sized detached in a cul de sac of ten houses. Our next door neighbours are at the end and have planning permission to extend out over the double garage ( ours was done years ago) and build a house at the side of their own on the corner of the cul de sac.

We are on the market ( just) and wondered if we should be up front with any viewers. It won't really have any impact as we will not be overlooked by the extension or the new house and access to the new house will not be on our cul de sac.

Also, would this put you off buying a house?

I don't see what the issue might be.

I wouldn't say anything as by saying something you risk making it sound like there is an issure. I can't see one so wouldn't drawn attention to it

Any switched on buyers can look up the area on the Planning Portal. I would only answer questions if asked.
