Where do I even start looking for balcony railings?

Yellow Pages doesn't have a listing for 'balconies'. Following on from my thread about getting the double doors onto the balcony secured, we do need new railings too, as the wooden ones are rotted through. It's a death-trap at the moment!

The balcony is above a flat-roof extension and ideally, I'd like to sort out the floor too - currently, whatever they put over the extension roof is covered with some deteriorating rubber tiles that are minging! But priority is sorting out some secure, toddler-proof railings. (Obviously the DC won't go out there without supervision.) I wanted iron or another metal. Anyone had this done? Where did you start looking? Is it something a builder could be expected to source and install, or do I need a balcony professional? Confused

E bay advertise loads of companies, you want to search for metal workers in yellow pages (not yell). There must be loads of local companies on industrial estates that will do a survey and build to fit.

No I'm going for a glass balastrade, but shocked by the price, iron railings are no good as it spoils the view from the patio windows.
