Looking at a house where we would have to, among other things, render the front and paint it (and maybe the back too) - it's a two story house, quite wide but terraced (kind of the width of two terraced houses put together). Anyone have experience of how much something like this costs?
The second thing that needs doing is concrete breaking up which is covering much of the garden area - and then relandscaping (it's kind of covered with junk at the moment, no plantings at all)? Any ideas how much this might run to? Garden area is about 30' x 70'.
