Help! Trusted plumber for boiler S. London

Please can any of you help me with a personal recommendation of a plumber you have used in S. London and trust to replace a boiler at a fair price? My elderly dad has been fleeced by one cowboy after another and I feel so upset. There must be decent operators out there somewhere! Thank you.

if your dad is an oap ,cant he get help with a new boiler from goverment scheme,im not sure how london works but in wales the welsh assembly have grants for that sort of thing{hees}home energy efficient scheme phone them or" entitled to"
last year our boiler packed in ,npower wanted £3000 days before i signed on the dotted line i had a phone call off welsh assembly agency checking this household is getting all its entitled to,as im getting dla and they gave me a grant to get the work done and told me i could get a discount on my council tax.
