QS Bathroom Supplies have just pulled the same trick on us - they lied about having the item in stock - lied about the delivery date - kept lying and finally 3 weeks after they had promised to deliver, they delivered the item in the wrong size - I didn't check it properly and the plumber didn't realise it was the wrong size and now it is too late - they won't change it. I would never order from them again either!
