Dates of when Google Earth / Streetview pic taken?

Any ideas of how to find out (if at all possible) on which date a photo was taken for either Google Earth or Streetview please?

They are a blend of images, you can often see the weather change as you move down the street, it is unlikely you will be able to find out an exact date.

I think the cars were doing different areas at different times as a lot of cities were already live way before they came to Northamptonshire (which was November 2009 if you are interested)
