Can I use my own photographs

We're putting our house on the market and had it looking perfect on Friday for the estate agent to take photos ... who then cancelled.

We've got 3 small children and it's impossible to keep it looking that way, can I take my own photographs and get the state agent to use them?

Yes you can, but whether you' want to depends largely on the quality of your camera/photography.

I have a digital SLR (a good one) and I take a fair amount of photos. I ttok my own but they were nowhere as good as the ones taken with the professional camera.

I'd say suck it up and let them come back!
