Does anyone live in or near New Southgate, N11? If so, what is it like? What are the primary schools like? Pubs/bars (not that we get out much these days!) We'd need to be closeish to the overground.
I am doing internet research, too (just so you don't think I'm being lazy!) but I think it's always good to ask people who live somewhere.
We did have an offer accepted on a place in Muswell Hill (near n circular) but the vendor decided at last minute that he wanted more money. Starting to panic because baby no 2 due at beg. of June, eek!
