OK, why is Andover so cheap?

The shopping centre is a bit grim. Although it does have a Waitrose.

Andover itself can be rough, but some of the villages around it are lovely and have excellent schools and nice communities. We lived in a small village south of Andover for 8 years, until we relocated to the USA about 18 months ago, and we were very happy there.

The location is fab, access to London via train is excellent, and there is plenty to do.

Andover is not that nice itself, but the surrounding area is great.
