Kitchens - different coloured cupboard doors -yes or no?

We have a lovely walnut kitchen, but we're about to extend the kitchen and would need more units. i was wondering what the feeling was on mixing cupboard doors?

We'd have the walnut cupboards on one wall with white worktops then white cupboards with walnut worktops on the other. (gallery kitchen)

I think that sounds nice. You've tied them together with the worktops.
