ooh dear have you inherited tiles?

merlin · 22/02/2011 15:28

Not me! Trying to give some inspiration/hope to a friend! The tiles are a rectangular shape - roughly 7 x 3 inches.

if it suits the style of house i think a very retro 'ice cream' colour theme can look very warm and cosy in a bathroom

cream/peppermint green/powder blue/baby pink/and white

(did i just say that out loud Blush )

That's a tough one. Maybe a beigey stone sort of colour, to try and suggest a shell-like palette? There are some pink bathrooms here.

Actually scrub the word beige from my post. I am embarrassed to have said that. I think Glynis's approach is a good one.

The last picture on my link has a lot of black which could be good if she's feeling daring, but I also like the yellowy cream paint they have there. Neapolitan ice-cream inspired Grin (or maybe Fondant Fancies).

Thanks all - think the ice cream colours is a good bet!!!
