Do you know of any private rental sites?

I just wondered where all the private landlords hide, have they got any sites they use to advertise properties

Thanks, gumtree seems to have gone downhill, and its mostly agents that are using it, and rightmove/findaproperty are also agent based

Those landlords must be hiding

the only other thing i can think of if you want to avoid agents is the property bit in the local paper.

I know tepilo has been aimed at private sellers and landlords although I think it also takes agency ads as well.

Have you asked on your MN local board? In both the cities I've lived in recently there have been local websites which are very popular with private landlords, but they aren't national things.
