Shall I replace my AGA with a conventional oven

Planning a very moden kitchen. Old AGA (which I love!) would need to be replaced anyway as very old/poor conversion and in efficient.

Question is - Do I get a new AGA (very expensive, still need another oven for summer; and lets face it doens't really fit in new style kitchen) OR Get a high tech built in oven (Miele/Gaggenau) and underfloor heating?

Will I miss the comforts of my lovely AGA in the winter? Should mention have just installed a wood burner in our open plan kitchen/family room.

Get a Lacanche for a bit of unusual style without it looking out of place?
