House survey in Brighton

Can anyone recommend someone to do a survey on a flat in Brighton? Need someone very sharp and thorough, of course!

(Had useless survey before, and got stung!)

Thank you!

Yes I did.I rarely get surveys these days as I have done so many re furbs a good builder and I can spot anything!BUT there was just something about a house a few years ago and I was recommended this guy by someone who does a lot of construction and he was brilliant and found some fairly major structural faults which led to us pulling out.Another quick response from me! V unusual but I have builders here atm and can't leave them incase they slack!

wow thanks. Maybe you could also recommend me some top notch builders too.

I am slightly put off by the fact I've tried to call a billion times and I just get answer machine.
