a house round the corner was on groundforce and a bungalow on the other side of the town was on Location, location, location and we view it about the same time!!

A house near my old one was on ground force. It didn't last very long and looked really out of place in the street

My house featured on a Place in the Sun (we weren't the couple though) and I regularly see it on repeats on daytime TV. It was on TV a week after we put in an offer for it so were obviously viewing it the same time the TV people were.

What about that down under one? Just watched that & its usually families

i quit eliked the house they knocked down to build two modern seaside houses.

I know someone who was one of the developers on Property Ladder. She's now a woman builder in Manchester and very successful, although she got right up Sarah Beeny's nose.

A friend of mine was also on property ladder. She had a funky light shower!

I often wonder (maybe too often ) if any mumsnetters have been trying to sell houses, and had people do viewings on Location etc, and then had them slagged off

Our best friends just had their house filmed for the new series of relocation. They were late filming and Kirstie was still there when she came home from work!

I have a colleague who was turned down for Grand Designs. She was livid as she fancies herself as a bit of a property developer/architect type. We were that it wasn't grand enough.

We were on Location Location Location at the last series. Kirsty & Phil were very nice about it. Buyers didn't offer though

Start at 15mins in, if you can be bothered. God we were hoovering and polishing FOREVER the day before they filmed.

We were on "to buy or not to buy". The couple in question absolutely "loved the house, definitely want to buy it" etc. etc. etc. Obviously, we never heard from them again!

we had location location round a while back. the people bought a house a few doors up instead of ours. when we saw it on TV we were totally they'd chosen the other one, and gratifyingly lots of our friends made rude comments about their poor choice...
