How much would it cost to 'do up' an interior?

Argh, please help. Have been offered great opportunity to buy a little cottage which we would need to live in for a couple of years and then try and sell.

The interior would need to be brought to a fairly high spec so we could maximise profit.

No structural work done.

Any words of advice from anyone about how much we should budget to do interior?

is three small bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, sitting room. Floors all sorted as are proper hardwood/flagstone. Just the rest. THANKS
