moving a bathroom

Has anyone got experience of moving the bathroom in a Victorian property?

We are hunting for a house and have seen one which is great in all respects except that the only bathroom is through the back bedroom. There is a box room at the front of the house above the hallway. Any idea how complicated it would be to turn the box room into a bathroom and turn the back of the house into a larger bedroom? It is semi detached with the hall on the 'outside' not the joined on side, so the new bathroom would have an outside wall.

I'd love any advice on this before I waste my/the vendors/the agents time ....

Not sure of figures but it does cost quite a bit to have waste and plumbing directed to somewhere that its not been before. Ie finding waste drainage and plumbing it in!!

Soz cant be more help.

The hardest part is moving the soil pipe that connects to the toilet as you may have to dig a trench around the building to bury it in, the internal plumbing should be straight forward as long as there are no stairs between the existing bathroom and the new one.
