How long to leave tile grout and sealant?

We have had the bathroom tiles regrouted and the bath re-sealed with silicone. It was finished about 1pm this afternoon.

I know I should leave it at least 24 hours but I'm not feeling well and would really like a bath. Can I risk it if I promise not to splash the tiles?

The silicone should be fine if you don't touch it. Don't splash the tiles.

Better to wait if you can.
