the landlord

OhForBoonessSake · 07/02/2011 17:33

thanks you, do you know how often it should be done? i have been here five years and it has never been done in that time, although i moved in when the house was newly built. would that make a difference to when it needs serviced?

YOu should have your gas appliances serviced every year and recieve a copy of the certificate too.

OhForBoonessSake · 07/02/2011 17:39

it's not gas, its teh external boiler for the OFCH.

OFCH? Even it's it's not gas, in rental properly, I'm fairly sure the servicing should be done at regular intervals to comply with legislation

OFCH?

LIZS · 07/02/2011 19:40

oil fired central heating .

Your landlord is responsible, and they should be ideally serviced annually.

LadyBiscuit · 07/02/2011 19:47

Just checked - should be checked annually if the property is rented

OhForBoonessSake · 07/02/2011 19:59
