We have a security light in our back garden. We've had it replaced twice and both times, they've gone on the blink after about 6-8 months. Both times, the light started to turn on randomly (and nothing was there to set it off) and we've had to turn the sensors right down to stop this, meaning it doesn't come on at all now.
We are getting a bit fed up!
Our back garden takes quite a beating in bad weather because we're an end terrace and next to a very open space park, and so I'm looking for a model that is very sturdy, waterproof and has decent controls for changing the length of time the light stays on etc.
We've had two different companies in and neither of their suggestions has lasted. This time, I'd like to choose the model we use ourselves and just get someone to install it.
If anyone has installed a model they are happy with, I've love to hear about it.
