Vinyl wall decoration - lovely or naff?

We are moving into a lovely sunny flat, but it is a bit of a white box. The entrance is a small windowless corridor with a 90 degree turn in it, so as you open the door you face a blank white wall straight ahead. I'd like to do something so that it doesn't feel like wasted space. Thankfully there is a boot cupboard by the door so there's no need for hooks or coat storage, which would make it feel very cluttered.

DH found these. I think they might look great. What do you think? The first link is for the corridor, the second for DD's skirting boards.

this one in 'baby olive' with 'cranberry' bird

this one, probably in 'powder pink'

I like them, but it's the same as everything. There are some beautiful ones and some naff ones!
I like the tree and humming bird. Also love the birds but think they would be more suited to a child's bedroom.

Yes, they are for DD's room - she is 3.

I like them. We rent our place so cant redecorate and use lots of decals. I have a blank white corridor opposite my front door with this in silver on it. Also DD2, who is 2.5, has this and this. Acte-deco has some lovely decals and I've used them for years to decorate rented property. Just make sure you take care and time to apply them as wrinkles make them look rubbish!

Sorry didn't read the OP properly Blush
They also have nice ones at Rockett St George but not sure if you are in the U.S. Or not.

Thanks - I didn't know about them. I'm about to have a proper browse through their site, which looks as if it might be an expensive undertaking. We are in France but are back in the UK often enough.

I quite liked this one until I read these words in the description:

Rockett St George wall stickers have been named as one of Linda Barkers hottest trend. As featured on ITV This Morning.

I may have to have a rethink.
