We are thinking of buying a property where I would want to build a kitchen in the existing garage and build a new freestanding garage elsewhere on the plot. The plot is quite big and a few places where we could build it. We need a garage for storing bikes and stuff generally and also in the area people expect a garage so for resale we need to include one.
Any idea how much a brick structure would cost?
