Where can I find a bench for the hall?

I've been looking online, in garden centres, department stores and I just can't find one. It's crackers.

You know the sort I mean - a small indoor bench, with arms and a seat that can lift up so you can chuck shoes etc in it.

Painted white I think.

Anybody know where I can find one, please?

The Cotswold Company has some trad looking ones here in the sale but still a fair bit more expensive than IKEA

If you google "settle benches", lots of links come up. To be honest, I'd buy second hand - scour junk shops and ebay for bargains. Or any of those pine shops that do toy boxes, chairs, etc.
