has anyone any idea how much we should expect to spend on a new bathroom and separate toilet?

We'd just was a basic replacement bath, sink and toilet (all in the same place the exsisting stuff is)

We'd then just want the walls completely tiled but nothing flash

TIA

thanks nurse - i wanted tiling as it's easiest to clean, with dc who attract dirt like magnets and a mechanic dh i thought tiling would be the best bet

£300 ???? - i'l start looking - any idea how much roughly fitting would be?

You can get relatively cheap bathrooms from Victoria Plumb. The bathrooms are reasonable but the fitting instructions are a bit variable.I paid 550 pounds for fitting of my downstairs bathroom [which was like for like].I paid arround 900 pounds for a rejigging arround. These were special prices via a builder![the original quote was 1750 from the same plumber via the rejigging]Tiling estimate at 120 pounds daily. It is also worth trying Wickes as i believe the bathrooms are reasonable quality. These prices would probably also be much higher in southern parts!.
