New kitchen - does anyone have a combi-steam oven?

I'm planning our new kitchen and thinking about splashing out on a Gaggenau Combi-Steam Oven. Has anyone got something like this? Any thoughts? Thanks!

Hi eeyore, did you get the combi-steam? If so, would you recommend?? And also did you always know you wanted the Gaggenau or did you look at Miele?

I had to replace my oven this summer and seriously thought about a steam oven because DS likes to bake bread in the summer. I then thought about how often we would actually use the steam and decided not enough to warrant the price and the lidded pot method makes a wonderful loaf so didn't do it in the end.
