We signed the contract last night to put our house on the market. So we have a few days before the photo's are taken to get the house ready. So any advice/tips please?

We are plannng to declutter & clean etc. but how do I stage the house for the photo's?

Should I set the dining room table or will a centrepiece be enough? Is so, should it be flowers? Fruitbowl?
Do I need to take all photo's down?
Flowers in one room or most rooms?

All suggestions welcome Smile

I'd make it look natural, but uncluttered. As a buyer I'd think flowers in all the rooms was way OTT. Just make it look as spacious and clean as poss really. Show off the best bits obviously... Good luck!

Thanks La Tristesse Smile

I agree naural and uncluttered is best as I think people can then imagine living there.
I just really want the pics to be fab to get them here in the first place!

I am currently decluttering but it is a bit harder than I thought especially the kids rooms as I had a massive clearout in October but both have had birthdays since and then of course xmas!!
