we had ours done by Woodland - they were pretty good. they did feck up and make the wrong window but admitted it was their mistake so it made no difference to us. (though we regretted not making them an offer for it - presumably they would have taken anything for it as it was useless to them, but, for some reason, we didnt think of that)

We used the original box sash company. No complaints. Sheen Windows on Sheen Lane also seemed fine but quote slightly higher.

We used Sash Smart who are in Croydon from memory but who happily came over to us in SW18. Cost about £1000 per window but that seemed to be the going rate about 5 ys ago... Would happily recommend their work BTW... No problems and in and out in one day taking the manky old windows with them :)
