Approx cost of building a sunroom?

Have googled this - but can't find an answer!

I live in a small 4 bed detatched house and I am interested in adding a sunroom to our house. Nothing huge - just fairly standard size for a town (whatever that is!)

Before I start to ring around builders etc, I need a ballpark figure of approx how much I can expect to pay!

Any info please?

This is a how long is a piece of string question.

We were quoted £15k for a proper conservatory, and £7k for a "lean-to" side porch. OTOH there are internet companies that supply for DIY construction for £2k.

It depends on size, materials etc etc.
