We know we need some tiles replacing but not a new roof so this company cleans the roof, replaces any cracked tiles and then seals it to make it watertight for 25 years.
What's not to like ?
We've signed on the dotted line and have seen an example in our road, just wanted to make sure they aren't due on watch dog or something ?
