Has anybody had a wood-burning stove installed with no chimney?

We've been told we need a twin-wall flue to go through the wall inside and up the outside wall, and are slightly reeling at the cost (quote for 3,000 pounds for installation only.) Just wondered what other people have paid for installation?

Yep, has to be done by a registered fitter and follow as b-regs etc.

Have no idea what going rates are but assume £200 per day labour times by no of days.

Would always get a couple of quotes just in case.
