Scaffolding to reach guttering costs.....

Depends on your area & how high up your gutters are and how far round the property iyswim. Anything from £150-£300 I would imagine. Get more than one quote and if you are not sure how long you will need it for then say so. Some firms are happy to let you keep it beyond the initial agreed period and can be quite flexible so check that out from the start.

if it's just a 24hr job you could opt for a hydraulic lift platform as it's also easier to manoeuvre around the property
we've just been quoted 120- for this

We've been quoted £300 for scaffolding the back of a house to reach 1st floor windows. It's awkward as has to stretch over a conservatory that's longer than a scaffolding board, so we're happy with that.

thanks! good idea on the hydraulic, but we don't have side entrance so it would be impossible to get the hydraulic lift platform through our house!

looking at abseiling roofer options at the mo!!

unfortunately its quite high up, 4 floors!
