Selling in the Marlborough area

Has anybody any idea how house prices have been affected over the last year? I had a valuation done a year ago and am wondering how much it will have gone down

hmm. depends whereabouts i think.

i think they're fairly stagnant and haven't droped much in the last year. haven't gone up any though.
