Your doing it wrong. Get a buyer, then find a property.

Doing it the other way round will result in stress.

Hoover as often as you can even when you know youv'e not got viewings. this makes it easier to do when you have got viewings.

Pledge fluffy duster get one it will save time. You will get into and reach places youv'e never reached before.

Get multipurpouse wipes for quickly going round you bathroom and kitchen with.

And last but not least if someone want's to buy your pad they won't give a rats ass if it's not perfectly clean and tidy. good luck Wink

Don't expect anything much to happen before Christmas. Have the viewings during the day when you are all out - that way the house can't be trashed before the viewers get there and it looks bigger without people in the way. Don't get wound up by the negotiations - if someone puts an offer on your house, is in a good position to move and their offer makes your move possible, don't try and screw them for every last penny, accept and get the wheels moving.

Good luck.
