I've used them. They were good to deal with, stuff arrived on time, easy to resolve problems and had to return something that was damaged which was quite easy although they were a little dense when I specifically told them I wasn't at home to do the return and the plumber would do it and then they said the email had to be attached to the return. Uh, I'm not at home.....! Got it sorted out ok though. Would recommend.

Yep, dh used them for most of our bathroom stuff. Was really pleased withg them, they didi exactly what they said on the tin, so to speak.
