hiring a handyman

we need some help with wallpapering. We will be doing a wall in most rooms which we can probably manage ourselves although we will have to match a pattern and, in some rooms, measure around the window. Hubs won't give the stairs a go because it gets very high.

What are the rates for a decorator / handyman likely to be? I need to start calling around and have no idea what to expect.

should be able to get a handyman in most parts of the country for 50 quid a day cash. advertise on gumtree
