Where to live, we're not rich at all but I do have a little one so would like a safe family friendly area, any tips at all ?

Fareham, which isn't far and has some nice areas; avoid Rowner in Gosport like the plague; Titchfield nice but the centre is pricy.

My sis moved from Port Solent to Portchester because of the good school, it's very nice.
