Conveyance solicitors

Hi. I think we're about to get an offer accepted and would love to get this all tied up before Christmas - there is no chain so I hope this isn't unrealistic. Can anyone recommend a conveyance solicitors they've used who've been super speedy and efficient? Has anyone used Horwich, Cohen, Coghlan?

Get a personal recommendation in my experience. Any decent solicitor should get you in well before Christmas. Can all be done in 4-6 weeks easily.

Justin Sidnick at William Heath & Co - not cheap but very, very efficient. Will get you in by Christmas if at all do-able - the problem is you are reliant on the seller's solicitors being up to speed as well. (020 7402 3151)
