Twin basins, naff or useful?

We're still planning our art deco shower room (and probably will be for some time!) and am wondering if we should put in twin basins.

We're not having a bath so there'll just be a loo, basin (or two) plus a large shower cubicle. The room is 3m long x 2m wide.

DH shaves every morning and leaves a little trail of hairs after him, I'm thinking it might be nice to have my own, CLEAN basin.

But are twin basins naff/best left to hotels only?

We don't have twin basins. I have a recurring nightmare that, if we did, every time I brushed my teeth or washed my face in my basin, DP would feel the urge to wash his feet / nether regions in the adjoining sink

Quite polarising, huh? It's either a fab idea, or a terrible idea! Horses for courses, I suppose......

twin toilets a better idea imo. In separate bathrooms

Quite funny to read the wildy differering views.
We have decided against it, we don't really have the space or budget.
I would love to have my own bathroom, perhaps once the shower room is in I can perusade DH to use the family bathroom, but probably not as we will have the best shower in ours...
