Sold last Saturday, thanks - the right house will sell - offer is 5k below asking.

And it wasn't "proceedable buyers only", it was "buyers with a house already on the market", which cut out the timewasters.

Yep, we're pretty pleased with the offer. We have a chain below us of a first time buyer and then this couple buying ours but I believe both are in a strong position.
