I'm looking for 3 strip engineered wood flooring in oak for the whole of our downstairs and our new extension. I'm surrounded by samples I've got over the last 6months from the internet. We need to choose something soon. I'm so bogged down by the choices

So
Oak
3 strip (like the look)
Not too "busy"
Lacquered finish.
More "grey" tone of oak than orange if you see what I mean.
Budget not huge - around £20square metre all in.

Some of the samples are just the wrong colour

If you know of a big flooring warehouse that you can view stuff that also might be helpfu- happy to go london/oxfor/berkshire/bucks way (or say milton keynes/M25 way).

Thanks ! I've had so many decisions to make on the house building I'm almost decisioned out....
