I am renting a house from a neighbour of a friend, no agents. She's going to have the place cleaned before the tenancy starts. Can anyone recommend a firm of cleaners who can just swoop in and clean the place?
It looks very clean to me but we'd like to do things properly. I think I'd rather know it was clean before I moved in and therefore the stain on the carpet/ whatever, really was me, so I don't feel hard done by at the end of the tenancy.
And yes, this is the landlord's job but she is the only person I know whose life makes mine look unhassled at the moment, so I said I would find her an agency or something.
