Why oh why is there nothing on the market that either isn't ridunkulously expensive or really scuzzy area?
We did find one that ticked most of the boxes but vendor wanted a little bit more than we were prepared to pay and now there is nothing that even comes close so am kicking self for not going for that house, as we could have afforded it (the extra was pretty much a years rent) but weren't sure it was worth quite that much but of course it has now gone so we missed out!
Someone help me find a nice house in Bath- preferably within a mile of royal circus- 3/4beds below £400k. We really like round victoria park. My only conditions at mo are: not main road, and not stupidly steep hill to park on (coz am shit at hill starts and would take out the neighbours cars!).
Hate house hunting! (was doing it for TWO years in London (am not that fussy honest- we got gazumped a few times and had to pull out due to horrific surveys a couple of times). In the end this was good as we had nothing to sell when we gave up and decided to move to the south west nearer family. So we are first time buyers with a fab deposit, so where is a house we can call home?
Sigh sigh sigh.
