Glass top for soft furnishing?

I have a large pouffe thing that matches my sofa but want to use it as a coffee table. I would like a piece of glass with smooth edges to put on top to create a firm top to it.

Can you get this made to measure do you think?

Surely that is just asking for trouble? Unless it's a ruse to keep your house toddler-free forevermore

Yes you can definitely get this done at your local glaziers.

I had a top made to protect a piece of furniture. It's toughened glass and has smoothed round edges.

I rang them up and they came round to measure then rang me when it was ready and delivered it and fitted it.

It wasn't expensive either though I forget the exact cost.

Thanks will ring round.

Booboo - it's toughened glass and pretty safe. However it won't be on permanently anyway. Just need it occasionally.
