cleaning UPVC windows frames

Does anyone have any tips on how to get dirt out of these? i have tried kitchen cleaner but does not really get the ingrained dirt out.

have you tried cif cream with bleach, tis good for jobs like this

There was a company came round here a few weeks ago that do it all for you.
Our neighbours had it done & were pleased with resilts; it was about 100 quid for a 4 bedroom detached.
Just can't remember the name of them but maybe could google?
Or I think Lakeland do a special cleaner.
