I'm having my 31 square meter kitchen/lounge floor redone in engineered floor, back door hanged, and skirting board put up. The price is £500 for the labour. (all the raw material I have sourced is about £1100)
Exterior house repainted. Small 3 storey mid terrace house. The price is £400 for the labour. (excluding the paint)
I just want to make sure that the price looks fair as I have never done this before.
