Ideas of costs (London)

We are hopefully going to get offer accepted tomorrow for a house in N London which is stupidly expensive of course but in need of some TLC. WHat kind of costs do you reckon we would be looking at for:

Painting top to bottom - smallish 6/7 room terrace
Fixing a jaded kitchen side return, ie putting on new roof with skylights and replastering, new doors
New kitchen - average size
New bathroom - small

Just want to make sure our scribbles on the back of an envelope are not too wildly inaccurate!

Do your scribbles and then add on a third to be safe. And bear in mind that VAT is increasing in January.

We did our scribbles and the work we're doing to our house has come in a third more expensive than our original scribbles. Same happened to our neighbours.
